TOPIC:  Current Trends and Recent Developments in Commercial Real Estate 

 

Dan Spring is the President of NAI Spring Commercial Real Estate.  Dan has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, and actively manages several commercial and industrial agents representing numerous clients throughout Ohio. In addition, Dan actively represents owners and tenants on sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail and land. In addition to his responsibilities at NAI Spring, Dan is the co-owner of Brookwood Management Company and Lemmon Development.   

He is a graduate of GlenOak High School and Bowling Green State University.  Following graduation, Dan worked at John Deere and General Electric Plastics in Charlotte, North Carolina before returning to Canton to start his commercial real estate career with George Swallow. 

Dan resides in Plain Township with his wife Jennifer and two teenage children. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Canton since 2006.

 

 

 

Greg Luntz is currently employed at NAI Spring as a commercial real estate agent.  Prior to holding that position, he spent 30 years at Luntz Corporation holding various titles.  In the later years, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO. 

Greg graduated high school from University School in Cleveland.  He received his BA degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York in the field of economics.  Following a year of work, he attended the University of Chicago where he earned his MBA in 1978.

He remains active in the community and has held several board positions over the years.  Currently, he serves on the boards of The Stark Community Foundation (Vice Chair), Aultman Health Foundation, Arts In Stark, YMCA, and Goodwill Industries.


He resides in Plain Township and is married to Janet.  They have two children and two grand-children. Greg has been a member of the Rotary Club of Canton since 2001.
