During the July 12, 2019 meeting, Rotarian Ernie Schott (sponsor) re-introduced former Canton Rotarian Sam Shaheen to the members of the Rotary Club of Canton. Sam Shaheen is a life long Cantonian and the former owner of Shaheen Moving, which was an agent for Mayflower Transit. Sam is currently a real estate agent with Cutler Real Estate, and can also arrange moving services with Andrews Moving & Storage, agent for United Van Lines.
Sam has been married to Beth Boettler Shaheen since 1991. They have two children: son Christian, 21, who is a fourth year IT Systems Engineering student at the University of Cincinnati; and daughter Emma, 19, who is a second year Interventional Specialist student (Dyslexia tutor) at Bowling Green State University. Their dog, Pearl, is a 9 year old Lab, Sharpei and Chou mix.
Sam was previously a Canton Rotarian from 2004-2006. Welcome back, Sam!
