Speaker Topic: Embracing Futures, Inc, is a charity for children’s orthodontic care and education. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to be the very best they can be. And, while there are many challenges in today’s world for our children, orthodontic problems do not have to be one. We are providing orthodontic services throughout Summit, Stark, Portage and Medina county and education throughout Summit and Portage county. We are always looking for ways to expand our coverage area, engage more partners in orthodontic care and create a bigger smile on children’s lives.

The Rotary Club of Canton will host the upcoming Canton /Massillon Bulldogs vs. Tigers joint rally meeting on Friday, November 1, 2019 at the Krassas Event Center.
Anyone planning to attend this meeting (and bring guests) are asked to contact the Rotary office at (330) 452-2882 and pre-register. We would like to provide the caterer with an accurate count for seating and food purposes.
During the October 11, 2019 meeting, President Elect Drew Pelger kicked off his Charitable Fund Drive. The President Elect plays a very important role in the Club as he leads the annual Charitable Fund drive to raise money to fund our community service projects. Throughout each Rotary year, we provide important funding for projects such as Rotary Scouts, Junior Achievement, Student Scholarships, and the Philomatheon Society, to name just a few.
President Elect Drew will be providing more details in the future, but he did state at Friday's meeting he was willing to 'go a step beyond' to encourage Canton Rotarians to help him reach our goal. PE Drew is taking suggestions on something "crazy" they would like to see him do if he reaches his goal. Drew said he considered getting tattoo of the Rotary Gear logo, but received a resounding "NO" from his wife! Maybe you have another suggestion for Drew's 'reward' if he reaches his goal????
Please feel free to contact the Rotary office to make a contribution to this important Charitable Fund drive on your credit card. You can also mail a check payable to the Canton Rotary Charitable Fund to 116 Cleveland Ave. N.W., Suite 307, Canton, OH 44702.
Thank you for your consideration of this vital drive which helps support our Club's work in the community we live in!
