In the Monday, June 8, 2015, edition of the Repository insert our very own Canton Rotarian Nick Perini was featured in "Twenty Under 40".  The story reads:

"Nick Perini is Vice President of Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management. Eleven people nominated Nicholas Perini for the Twenty Under 40! award. That's more than the number of years (seven) that he's lived in Northeast Ohio.  What made so many suggest Perini?  His enthusiastic participation in numerous community organizations , which include: guest lecturing at Walsh University, serving on the board of the First Tee of Canton and participating in ystark!, Habitat for Humanity and the Rotary Club of Canton.

Perini, originally from Huntington, New York, decided to attend graduate school at Case Western Reserve University after another company took over the bank where he worked.  He began at Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management after graduating in 2010.  "I've been down here ever since," he said.

The quality of life, less traffic and lower living costs than larger cities with the same amenities have kept him here.  Perini said Stark County could attract more young professionals by striking a balance between promoting and maintaining that.  Canton could, and seems to be "on the right track"  to, follow Cleveland's lead, he said.  It has evolved to focus on arts, entertainment and dining to bring people downtown and attract business.  "I think there's a lot of really high-quality people down here that are very civic-minded as well as building businesses," he said.  "And I think that's appealing to a lot of people."
