At our weekly meeting on November 6, 2015, President Paul White thanked a special guest, Larry Herman, who graciously played the National Anthem on his trumpet to help honor our Military Veterans.
 
Jim Blake then followed up with a presentation for Veterans Day in which he honored each of our fellow Rotarians who served in the Military. The veterans in attendance were then presented with an American Flag.
 
President Paul then asked all Rotarians celebrating a November birthday to please stand and be recognized.
 
Club Secretary Michelle Mullaly welcomed our guests to the meeting: Larry Herman, Corey Voorman and Laura Baloun.
 
The "Happy Bucks" news was then presented by the following Rotarians:  Stacey Giammarco congratulated Curt Werren and his family for winning at the poles; Mark Milano also congratulated Curt on his victory and well as the McKinley Bulldogs on their win over the Massillon Tigers; Don Peterson congratulated Curt Werren's wife, Stephanie, on her win in the elections; John Werren was happy for his granddaughter who would be running in the State Cross Country meet in Columbus; Kitty Pelanda thanked Amanda Tietze for the beautiful program she put together for the McKinley/Massillon rally as well as all the preparation, planning and decorations for the event; Curt Werren stood up and said he's happy!
 
President Elect Craig Young brought the members up to date on the Charitable Fund Drive.  He stated we have had around 50% participation and raised approximately $7,500.00.
 
Bob Matthews reminded the members about the Health Fair which would be taking place the following day at Mercy Medical.
 
President Paul concluded the meeting and reminded members to sign up to present an Invocation at a Friday meeting.  He also stated the sign-up sheets were available for the Salvation Army Bell- Ringing (please see story) on November 21st and December 5th.

The following Rotarians will receive a makeup for contributing to the Thanksgiving Basket Food Donation:  Jerry Ortman, Rick Sherer, Bob Carr and Amanda Tietze.
 
The following Rotarians will receive a makeup for attending the Food Committee meeting as well as the Interact Committee meeting on November 6, 2015:  Paul White, Craig Young, Amanda Tietze, Michelle Mullaly, Dave Ewing Mike Garcar, Stacey Giammarco, Dean Gogolewski, Rebecca Marchino and Tony Pierce.
