Welcome to rivalry week, as your Canton Rotary Club hosts our guests from Massillon for the McKinley-Massillon Kickoff Luncheon for the 132nd meeting on the field for these teams. Equally important is that both Rotary clubs have been models of Service Above Self for more than 100 years. Talk about a historical perspective. While the game remains important, equally important is what it takes for greatness to last year in and year out for more than 100 years. The key ingredient is the passion, vision, and engagement of the individuals that make up the organizations. It’s the residents in Canton and Massillon, the members of the Canton and Massillon Rotary Clubs, and the Bulldog and Tiger coaches, players, students, and teachers that make this event special year over year.
